For silicone wristbands / slap bracelets, the standard turnaround time is 4 days production and 7 days shipping; For PVC keychains/coasters, the standard turnaround time is 10 days production and 7 days shipping.

The following are standard sizes for silicone wristbands: Adult:8" -- 202mm - Used mostly for adults. Youth: 7" --- 180mm - Used mostly for women or teenagers. Toddler: 6" --- 150mm - Used mostly for young children. The following are standard sizes for slap bracelets: Adult:9" -- 230mm（length) - Used mostly for male adults. Youth: 8.5" --- 215mm - Used mostly for female adults. Toddler: 7.7" --- 195mm - Used mostly for young children. If you want a custom size then please contact our sales team and they will advise you on how to place a special order.

Sometimes we refer to our silicone wristbands as rubber wristbands because of the bouncy, rubbery texture the silicone material has. Our silicone wristbands are made of 100% silicone, not rubber. Some people are allergic to rubber and latex (latex is produced from rubber), so we do not make our bracelets out of rubber or latex. When many people think of wristbands, they automatically think of LiveStrong bracelets– our wristbands are the same, only you get to customize them!

Front and back message are half / half on the outside of the wristband . The internal message is on the inside of the bracelet which is the part that touches your skin.

Debossed color filled are the most popular style. These style of silicone Wristbands are engraved with text or images on the surface of the wristband, creating a raised effect. These wristbands are known for their durability because the text or images are engraved into the surface of the wristband, rather than printed on top of it.

We accept payments in the form of PayPal, Credit Card via PayPal and Bank Transfer.

We do not charge tax. We also do not charge any other fees such as customs/brokerage fee.

The shipping cost will be provided to you when you come to the last step of placing order. The shipping cost varies according to the quantity you order and the shipping method you choose.

Normally It takes 2-4 days for production and 5-7 days for shipping (total of 7-11 days), unless if you choose to expedite your order.

We only ship to physical address.

Once the order is shipped you will get a email with the tracking number of your order. Or visit the “TRACK ORDER” link on the bottom of our site to check the status of shipping.

Yes! you can upload your own logo or use our standard cliparts that we offer.

The colors of the proof as shown are approximate and will differ on each computer monitor. We use PANTONE ® color number for mixing colors.

Yes, you can use any font you like,you need to give us the font name to create the draft.

A digital proof is a digital image of how your wristbands will look. We will show you a image before we start production. You can make as many changes as you like to the digital proof until you are satisfied. And it is free !

If you've placed your order and it is still in its pending stage then you can call in to cancel your order, but if the mold has been made then we will charge the mold fee and then refund. If your order has been confirmed at it's gone into a pre-production phase we cannot cancel your order. There are special exceptions. If you ordered an in stock product that required no customization then you may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped.

If there is a production error we will redo the band without any questions asked.
